We hope you’ll love your new furniture products, but in the unlikely event that you received a faulty product here’s how we can help:
Your purchase is covered under Limited Warranty. We will repair or replace defective or damaged products at Ebibca’s discretion.

WARRANTY AND DAMAGE
If a product is defective in materials or workmanship, Ebibca will repair or, at Ebibca’s option, replace the affected product at no or minimal charges.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You may contact us via email. Our customer care team will be in touch within 5 working days. To facilitate repair service for items purchased via our online store, please keep your original email confirmation and invoice as proof of purchase.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
To ship in a timely manner, we start producing your order right after we receive it. Once your order is placed online, you will be unable to change or cancel your order after 24 hours of the order confirmation.

RECEIVED WRONG PRODUCT
If you believe you received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
